Control System
The control system is the heart of the servo press. During the press-fit process, the controller monitors the position and pressure value of the indenter in real time and adjusts the output of the servo motor through a closed-loop control algorithm to ensure that the press-fit process proceeds according to the preset process parameters.
In every aspect of the press-fit process, the control system maintains a high level of vigilance. It uses advanced sensing technology to monitor the real-time position of the press head and the applied pressure value in real time, ensuring that every step of the press-fit process strictly follows the preset process requirements. As soon as a deviation between the actual data and the preset parameters is detected, the control system immediately initiates the closed-loop control algorithm and makes subtle adjustments to the servo motor’s output to ensure that the press-fit process can accurately follow the preset trajectory.
