Equipment principle:
Der servo press innovatively embeds the pinion shaft directly into the motor. Control System

The control system is the heart of the servo press. It generates control instructions based on preset process parameters (such as pressure, stroke, speed, etc.) and drives the servo motor to move through the servo driver. During the press-fit process, the controller monitors the position and pressure value of the indenter in real time and adjusts the output of the servo motor through a closed-loop control algorithm to ensure that the press-fit process proceeds according to the preset process parameters.

In every aspect of the press-fit process, the control system maintains a high level of vigilance. It uses advanced sensing technology to monitor the real-time position of the press head and the applied pressure value in real time, ensuring that every step of the press-fit process strictly follows the preset process requirements. As soon as a deviation between the actual data and the preset parameters is detected, the control system immediately initiates the closed-loop control algorithm and makes subtle adjustments to the servo motor’s output to ensure that the press-fit process can accurately follow the preset trajectory.
