Work Flow of Fully Automatic Gear Pressing Machine

Gear feeding:

The gears are fed by a centrifugal disc, which effectively avoids collision and scratching of the product surface. After the detected materials are in place, the material distribution mechanism lifts the gear and positions it for a second time. The front and back of the gear are automatically detected, the gear is taken out by the rotating clamping claw, and the front of the gear is sent upward to the turntable fixture according to the feedback of the detection signal.


Bearing feeding:

The bearing is fed by a vibratory plate and fed by direct vibration to the loading mechanism. After the detected materials are in place, the material distribution mechanism lifts the bearing and positions it for a second time. Using CCD to detect the characters on the bearing to distinguish the front and back sides, the bearing is taken out with the rotating jaw, and the front side of the bearing is sent upward to the rotary table device according to the detection signal feedback.

The servo press machine presses the bearing into the inner hole of the gear. The press-fit program automatically determines whether the product is OK/NG.


Finished product unloading:

According to the OK/NG product signal feedback from the servo press machine, and sorts them into the OK/NG product hopper, and the above cycles in sequence. The whole process takes 4 seconds.

If the real time data is not within the range, the machine will automatically alarm and identify 100% defective products in real time to achieve online quality control.

3)The lamination software collects, analyzes, records and stores lamination data in real time, with a data collection frequency of up to 1,000 times/second. Store and upload stamping data more conveniently to achieve product stamping data traceability. 485 communication, Ethernet communication or connection to MES system can be used to achieve intelligent production management.

4)All tooling fixtures adopt universal design and are compatible with the assembly of a variety of products.
