Work flow of brushless motor rotor assembly double-station rotary riveting machine

1. Manually pre-assemble the motor rotor + 2 pads + 2 counterweight blocks + 4 rivets and place them on the turntable fixture.

2. The turntable transfers the jig with the installed workpiece to the servo riveting station.

3. The servo riveting machine performs riveting on 4 rivets.

4. After riveting is completed, the finished product is manually removed and another pre-assembled workpiece is placed on the turntable fixture and the above cycle is repeated. The whole riveting process takes 25 seconds.

Advantages

1. The riveting station uses an industrial control computer version of the servo riveting machine for riveting. The riveting modes are diverse: optional pressure control, position control, precise control of riveting height: different riveting heights are set for different plane heights, and precise pressure control, set different riveting pressures for rivets of different sizes, and the rotation speed can be adjusted.

2. There are pressure and displacement curves of the whole process. The press-fitting software is equipped with an envelope judgment function, and the product load range or displacement range can be set according to requirements. If the real time data is not within the range, the machine will automatically alarm and identify 100% defective products in real time to achieve online quality control.

3. The pressing software collects, analyzes, records and stores the pressing data in real time, and the data collection frequency is as high as 1000 times/second. It is more convenient to save and upload the pressing data, so that the product pressing data can be tracked. 485 communication and Ethernet communication can be used, and MES systems can be connected to realize intelligent production management.

4. All tooling fixtures adopt universal design. Different riveting rod heads can be exchanged for different riveting processes, and can be compatible with riveting of multiple products.
